The completely modular, prefabricated structure of reinforced concrete made it possible to comply with the proprietors’ flexibility requirements and execution time frames.
The structural modules were prefabricated with elements of reinforced concrete, which throughout the building have been left as they are, keeping costs down and giving the complex a strong industrial stamp.
